JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management has been named best UK investment management group of the year by Standard & Poor's, knocking Deutsche Asset Management off the top spot.

The S&P awards are calculated using a relative risk-adjusted methodology. Groups are assessed over several time periods and within a larger or smaller group category, defined by the number of funds, number of sectors, total assets managed, and performance of the funds they manage.
