JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management has lost Shawn Lytle, a member of its global equities investment group, to rival UBS Global Asset Management.

Lytle joins UBS Global as a client portfolio manager in the global equities team in London and will report directly to Tom Madsen, global head of equities. Madsen himself joined from JP Morgan a couple of years ago.
