JP Morgan has hired Suzanne Lloyd, a derivatives expert from the International Accounting Standards Board, to develop accounting systems for the equity derivatives team.

At IASB, Lloyd was responsible for various projects, including two controversial new rules, IAS 32 and 39, which govern accounting standards for derivatives.
