JP Morgan has hired a new head of equity syndicate for its European equity capital markets team, which topped the European ECM rankings for the first time this summer.

Luís Vaz Pinto takes over the position this week from Marius Brinkhorst, who leaves JP Morgan after three years. Brinkhorst will remain at JP Morgan until the end of the year.
