JPMorgan Chase has named Andrew Butcher as chief administrative officer for Asia-Pacific, Bloomberg reported. Butcher will report globally to Frank Bisignano, chief administrative officer, and locally to Gaby Abdelnour, chairman and chief executive officer for Asia-Pacific .
