JP Morgan Chase named a new vice chairman of investment banking, according to an internal bank memo reviewed by the Wall Street Journal.
The bank on Wednesday named Lauren Camp to the role, reporting to Jim Casey, head of global debt capital markets, and Eric Stein, head of North America investment banking, according to the memo. Camp, previously a managing director and head of leveraged finance healthcare, will be one of about a dozen investment banking vice chairmen in the US, concentrating on key clients across sectors, a person familiar with the bank said.
