JP Morgan Partners, the private equity firm in charge of the largest global fund ever raised, has backed a management buy-out of M&H Plastics, a UK plastic packaging firm.

The deal is believed to be at the lower end of the mid-market. JP Morgan Partners usually invests between €50m ($53m) and €200m in businesses with an enterprise value of €100m to €600m.
