JP Morgan replaces US equities trading chief

Carlos Hernandez, head of US equities at JP Morgan, has removed James Ancey as head of US cash equities and sales-trading in the wake of poor results for the bank's trading business.

Hernandez made his first senior change since taking on his role earlier this year by replacing Ancey with Scott Harrington.
