JP Morgan has arranged a whole business securitisation for Red Funnel, a UK ferry company that is owned by JP Morgan Partners, its private equity arm.

Red Funnel is a ferry company that operates between the mainland and the Isle of Wight, a popular tourist destination. The securitisation will be launched through Red Funnel Finance, a special purpose company, and is expected to raise £43m (€70m).
