A JP Morgan managing director who helped lead the Wall Street bank’s work on UK initial public offerings has joined Numis Securities, which is climbing up the rankings for UK equity capital markets and M&A activity.

James Taylor, head of UK ECM execution at JP Morgan, joined Numis as a managing director covering corporate broking and advisory on September 12, according to a person familiar with the matter.
