ING Debt Products has hired Paul McKenna from JP Morgan to be head of leveraged and acquisition syndicated finance.

McKenna, who joins the London office on July 1 as a managing director, will assume responsibility for the bank's syndicated finance business covering all European leveraged and acquisition loan transactions. He will report to Grant Johnson, European head of syndicated finance.
