JPMorgan is to add more than 3,000 back-office staff in Warsaw over the next three years, it confirmed today at an event in the Polish capital.

The Wall Street bank's interest in growing its operations in Poland has been in focus since January, when local press reports suggested the bank would this year make a decision on adding thousands of staff in the country. It has had a presence there since 2005.
