JPMorgan recruits head of digital from rival Goldman Sachs

JPMorgan has appointed a new head of digital innovation from rival Goldman Sachs after shifting the previous incumbent into a new role exploring the potential of cryptocurrencies.

The bank has brought in Michael Elanjian to lead its Fintech and In-Residence programme, which is aimed at developing new financial technologies. Elanjian held a similar role at Goldman.
