JPMorgan is planning to bring its employees back into the office using a "phased approach" but has stopped short of providing a timeline as large investment banks prepare to keep their staff at home for a prolonged period of time.
In a note sent to staff by JPMorgan's operating committee yesterday, which was seen by Financial News, the bank said that a "strategy for your return to work on-site is a key area of focus". But it also noted that return dates would differ depending on "region, country and state".
