JPMorgan has handed its co-heads of equity capital markets in Europe bigger roles following the departure of Murli Maiya, who leads its Asia-Pacific business.

Aloke Gupte and Alex Watkins, who have been leading JPMorgan's ECM business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2020, have been named co-heads of ECM international, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
