A High Court judge has questioned the integrity of a former Greenhill & Co banker in a judgment dismissing a £63m claim against PwC over allegations one of its ex-partners leaked confidential information.

Watchstone — the name adopted later by Quindell — claimed £63m in damages from PwC over the alleged breach in a Commercial Court trial, which started in London on 26 January.
