Jupiter Asset Management’s stewardship director has been re-employed on a consultative basis, as part of moves by the company to refocus its approach to corporate governance and sustainability strategies.

Emma Howard Boyd, a former FN 100 Most Influential Woman member, stepped down from her position in June, but has now been re-employed to work for the firm alongside Jupiter's stewardship and sustainability review committees, Jupiter said in a statement Friday.
