Kay Swinburne appointed chair of International Regulatory Strategy Group

Vice chair of financial services for KPMG Kay Swinburne has been appointed to chair the International Regulatory Strategy Group.

Swinburne, a former MEP and vice chair of the European Parliament's economics and monetary affairs committee, will take over from ex-City Minister Mark Hoban.
