Knowledge Management Software, the UK software developer, has appointed HSBC Investment Bank as financial adviser and corporate broker.

The company previously used Beeson Gregory, but Knowledge felt it had grown to such an extent that it needed a bigger adviser, said a spokeswoman. HSBC will be involved in helping Knowledge look for acquisitions, as the company looks to grow further.
