KPMG hires Lindsay to run real estate advisory team

Michael Lindsay has quit Citigroup/Schroder Salomon Smith Barney to head the real estate financing advisory practice at KPMG Corporate Finance in London.

Lindsay was previously a director at Citigroup/SSSB, where he founded and led the real estate finance group. In his new role, he will run the real estate team, which will focus on advising companies on structuring and financing options for real estate, and on assisting property companies and fund managers on establishing and financing real estate funds.
