Heather Paquette, 40, has been named managing partner of the Detroit office of KPMG, from January 31. She succeeds Rick Siebert who will retire this year. Paquette has experience in the automotive, industrial manufacturing and energy industries, and was previously the KPMG Midwest leader for IT professionals who assess risk and controls in financial audits. She was also the national IT leader for assessing the impact of accounting changes. She joined KPMG in 1995 and became a partner in 2004.
