KPMG has resigned from its role advising the inquiry into last year's Grenfell Tower disaster after concerns were raised over conflicts of interest.

The Big Four accountancy firm was appointed to help the Grenfell Tower Inquiry with planning and programme management shortly after it was set up in the summer of 2017.
