Pascal Lambert has been appointed head of European global clearing services at Bear Stearns & Co.

Lambert, who joined as a senior managing director in 1993, will be based in London. He was previously president of Bear Stearns Bank in Dublin, where he developed a securities lending facility for hedge funds.
