Lansdowne Partners buys London-based Crux Asset Management

Lansdowne Partners is set to acquire London-based equity investment firm Crux Asset Management.

Crux founder Richard Pease is also set to retire on completion of the deal, which is subject to regulatory approval. Lansdowne will take over 100% of Crux Asset Management for an undisclosed fee.
