The Latin American Private Equity and Venture Capital Association has elected Patrice Eltin as its chairman. Eltin is a managing partner of Advent International, and succeeds Eduardo Elejalde, founding partner of Latin America Enterprise Fund Managers. Elejalde will remain on the board of directors. The 10-year-old association represents about 120 member firms.
