London litigation firm Mishcon de Reya has appointed JPMorgan to advise on its initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange later this year.

The firm confirmed in a statement that its partners had voted in favour of exploring a premium listing in London this year. It said the listing could take place as early as the fourth quarter of 2021.
