The first CMS Cameron McKenna lawyer to be seconded to the UK's Panel on Takeovers and Mergers is returning to the firm after more than two years at the Panel.

Nick Callister-Radcliffe, a partner in the firm's corporate group, was secretary to the Takeover Panel Executive for two and a half years. His return to the firm was delayed by six months because of the intensity of M&A activity. During his time at the Panel there were more than 550 published takeover or merger proposals.
