Lazard Frères in Paris has underlined its commitment to boost its equity capital markets business with the appointment of two senior bankers from Crédit Lyonnais.

The moves are part of its co-operation agreement in equity capital markets with Crédit Agricole Indosuez (CAI), the investment banking of Crédit Agricole.
