Lazard brings in ex-JP Morgan banker for German M&A

Lazard, keen to build up its German investment banking operations, has appointed a former JP Morgan banker to its Frankfurt office.

Torsten Murke was a vice-president at JP Morgan in Frankfurt. He will join Lazard as a director working on mergers and acquisitions within the transport, retail, consumer goods and logistics sectors.
