TH Lee Groupe Arnault, a new private equity collaboration between Thomas Lee, the veteran US private equity investor and French entrepreneur Bernard Arnault, is hunting for experienced European dealmakers.

Lee's firm, TH Lee Putnam Capital, is setting up a joint venture with Groupe Arnault to create TH Lee Groupe Arnault. It is the latest example of a US private equity group jumping into the growing European market.
