Legal & General Investment Management has published a pay manifesto, providing details of how it believes companies can get a grip on executive remuneration.

Its initiative, confirmed on October 5, coincided with a speech at the Conservative Party conference by the UK Prime Minister Theresa May, where she vowed to build "an economy that works for everyone".
