Hundreds of former bankers at Lehman Brothers are to gather for a controversial reunion in London to mark the 10-year anniversary of the collapse of the investment bank.
The private gathering, which was organised via an email chain, is to take place around September 15 — the date of Lehman’s collapse 10 years ago. Organisers have gone to great lengths to keep details of the event secret but the plan to share cocktails and canapes has drawn the ire of some politicians and campaigners.
