Jon Macintosh, the last of the original 13 partners of Morgan Grenfell Private Equity (MGPE), has been lured by Lehman Brothers to be managing director of its European mezzanine unit.

Macintosh was expected to leave his position at DB Capital - which took over the management of MGPE two years ago - after the private equity unit spun out of Deutsche Bank to become MidOcean Partners earlier this year.
