Lehman Brothers has hired three senior bankers from its rivals to take new roles as managing directors of its European emerging markets division, which has previously suffered a high level of staff turnover.

Michel Danechi, formerly of UniCredit, joins Lehman as head of emerging markets equities in Europe, a new position.
