Lehman Brothers has promoted Hua He to run Asia fixed income research at the bank's Tokyo office.

He, who was previously head of quantitative research at the US investment bank, will assume responsibility for all research business in fixed income, including interest rate and foreign exchange strategy, high-grade credit research and high-yield and distressed research.
