Lehman sends head of French ECM to Asia

Lehman Brothers has sent David Douglas, its head of French equity capital markets, to Hong Kong to be head of equity capital markets in Asia. His move comes amid a series of hires aimed at boosting Lehman's investment banking business in the region.

Douglas, who was previously based in London, joined Lehman from Credit Suisse First Boston in 2002. He advised France Télécom on the €1.44bn ($1.8bn) initial public offering of Pages Jaunes, the largest initial public offering in France in 2004, and Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhône, the French motorway operator, on its €1.3bn flotation in 2004.
