Lehman sticks to Germany despite losing co-head

Lehman Brothers has refuted suggestions it was pulling its investment bankers out of Frankfurt after losing one of its co-heads of investment banking in Germany.

Florian Meister, who ran Lehman's investment banking business in Germany alongside Rolf Gerner, has left. But a spokesman for the firm said it remained committed to the country.
