The managing director and head of power mergers and acquisitions at Lehman Brothers in New York, has resigned and is set to join UBS later this year as global head of utility investment banking.

James Metcalfe, managing director and head of power M&A at Lehman has resigned, according to SparkSpread, the online energy news service.
