Lewis says BofA executives shouldn't get bonuses

Bank of America chief executive and chairman Kenneth Lewis is recommending that he and his top lieutenants receive no bonuses for 2008, saying he expects the bank's final results to be below expectations, according to an internal memo.

Lewis joins a long list of chief executives to decline an extra payout following poor results across the US financial services industry.
