Paul Lewitt has joined Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) as head of credit derivatives flow trading, after resigning as co-head of credit derivatives at WestLB earlier this month.

Lewitt, who was previously an executive director at WestLB and ran the bank's credit derivatives business jointly with Michael Stoelting, joins the fast-growing team at DrKW, reporting to Javier Martin-Artajo, head of credit derivatives trading.
