Littlejohn shifts senior management

Private equity firm Littlejohn & Company has made Michael Klein its chief executive and Brian Ramsay president. Klein, who has been the firm's president since it was founded in 1996, succeeds founder Angus Littlejohn in the top role. Littlejohn, who was previously chief executive and chairman, will remain at the firm as chairman. Ramsay was previously a managing director.
