Sir John Vickers is giving evidence to the UK’s House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee on the Independent Commission on Banking final report.

15.33: Sir John says he did not think the reaction from the banks to his report were "unduly negative". He says he could "imagine a much more negative reaction to the one that has been experienced".
