Livingbridge, the UK mid-market private equity firm formerly known as Isis Equity Partners, is eyeing a final close on its small-cap fund – just four months after it began sounding out investors.

The fund has amassed £220 million - exceeding its £200 million target, according to people familiar with the matter.
