Livingstone Guarantee, the UK mergers and acquisitions boutique, is to launch a stand-alone corporate finance house dedicated to selling unquoted companies capitalised around £3m-£10m (€5m-€16m).

Livingstone Guarantee, which has previously specialised in deals with values of £10m to £100m and has a staff of 35, will launch the smaller companies operation on Monday.
