Lloyds plans wealth hiring spree after Schroders tie-up — report

Plans for large recruitment drive alongside target to grow wealth business to £25bn

Lloyds Banking Group plans to hire more than 700 financial advisers as part of its push into the UK wealth management sector.

The hiring spree, reported by the Financial Times, comes on the back of a tie-up between the UK’s largest retail bank and listed asset manager Schroders in October 2018.
