Lloyds TSB Development Capital, the private equity arm of the UK bank, has hired Andy Lydon to expand the new business team in its Birmingham office.

Lydon will take on a dealmaking role as an investment manager at Lloyds. He has experience in private equity through his previous position in corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
