The former general counsel and head of enforcement at the London Metal Exchange, Tom Hine is joining commercial law firm Acuity Law as a consultant partner.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tom to Acuity and are excited by the opportunity to work with him,” said Adele Carter, commercial director at Acuity. “Tom has a fantastic reputation within the industry and at 30, was one of the youngest general counsel’s ever at a major financial services organisation.”
