ING Furman Selz Asset Management (IFSAM), the fund management group of Dutch banking group ING, has hired loan market stalwart Simon Hood to beef up its European presence.

As senior representative and managing director, Hood will steer the establishment of a new investment fund, ING Capital Advisors, which will be based in London and which will focus on investing in European leveraged assets.
