Local Pensions Partnership adds three for infrastructure

New head of team will oversee a portfolio including a £1.8bn joint venture with northern pension funds

The Local Pensions Partnership, which manages £17bn for the Lancashire, Berkshire and London City Hall pension funds, has recruited three new staff to oversee its investments in infrastructure.

Colin Simpson, a former investment director at specialist asset manager Amber Infrastructure, is joining as head of the team, LPP said on June 18.
