BNP Paribas has won its first role from UK computer services company LogicaCMG, advising on its planned €930m ($1.13bn) acquisition of Unilog, a French rival, and co-arranging a £1bn (€1.5bn) financing package including both debt and equity.
The French bank is working alongside Logica's long-standing house brokers Merrill Lynch and Hoare Govett on the takeover.
